All the teachers not only fulfill the minimum qualification requirements of the university but also expertise in their subjects. We have lecturers who possess a doctorate degree and those without them have ongoing research projects leading to Ph.D. for which their teaching schedules are adjusted in such a way so as to facilitate their research work. The motivation and appreciation by the institution and tension and stress free atmosphere of the college not only help the teachers to present exemplary teaching in class room but also motivate them to continue learning. Our teachers have proved to be a Mile stone in making our institution one of the best institutions of Rajasthan.

Teachers are send to attend seminars and workshops and extension lecture. Seminars by guests (experts of different fields) are arranged in the college also for the benefit of teachers as well as the students so that they can update themselves with new developments in the fields of education. Teachers are continous sources of motivation and reinforcement to our students. he teachers always adopt innovative methods of teaching . They use power point presentations, LCD, OHP, slides while teaching and also to demonstrate model lessons.
